Ohio Boat Registration Renewal
For your protection, this is a secure web site administered by the State of Ohio
Department of Natural Resources.
To renew your boat registration online, you need a 2015, 2016 or 2017 mail renewal form
(for PIN), your boat number, a Visa or MasterCard for payment, and a valid email
address. You may renew multiple boats with one credit card transaction.
You may change your shipping address before completing your transaction, but boat
and boat owner information cannot be corrected or changed over the Internet.
Please see your local
registration agent if you need to change boat information.
NOTE: Current, valid decals must be displayed on your boat for legal operation. A current, valid registration must be carried on board. Please see your local
registration agent if you need your decals and registration immediately. It will take at least 5 business days to receive your decals if you renew online.
If you have already submitted an online payment for a boat registration but have
not received a confirmation email, or if there is some other problem, please email
us at firstname.lastname@example.org or
call us at 1-877-4BOATER (from within Ohio only). Include your name as printed on
your registration renewal letter, boat number, the date and time of your transaction,
and your phone number. Please include a phone number if you send us an email, just in case our emails are not getting to you.
If you have not received your decals 14 days after completing an online renewal, contact us within 30 days of your transaction.
